* UNDYING LOVE *
- XXVI -
The End of pain...
Chung left the warmth of her sheets and her skin, like that, a little by fear, a little by cowardice, but mostly without thinking. He did not believe Madailéin and him, was dead and buried. And obviously, he was closed on himself like an oyster.
He would have liked to talk to his sister, what he lived, but he had always been discreet about his personal life. He was in front a love dying, and he had no remedy to restore its vitality.
He cast a glance through the window of the restaurant where she used to go for lunch. But she was not there.
Three weeks, that he had not heard from her. He knew she was in Ireland, but he did not know if she had returned. That bothered him.
Would she be able to replace him?
Three weeks, that Chung and Madailéin were separated.
Three weeks, he could not do otherwise than to think, think about how he missed her presence, thinking about her.
He resented her for having hurt, he resented her for being away from him because of Sami. He resented to Sami, to have touched his wife. Yes his wife, it's like that, he saw her, his wife.
Three weeks, that he had absolutely no contact with Madailéin, not even a call, he had not tried to contact her, too much pride, for having run after her, for days and days.
****
Madailéin felt guilty towards him, to having put him in anger. She blamed herself for telling him to leave, and she wanted him to be gone. She asked him, but she did not believe he would.
Pain, that's what she felt an enormous pain. She was sitting in the middle of her room, the wounded heart.
She beleived that going to Ireland for two weeks would have been good, but nothing could restore her zest for life, except Chung. But she did not contact him, too proud and also, too afraid that he rejects her.
She was alone, sitting in the middle of her room, she felt a scream of pain, who trying to get out of her throat. She felt that it was close. Her stomach contracted itself, and her shout of pain went out. It was so powerful and filled with pain, that it could be heard for miles. She felt dizzy, she tried to stand up but she was unable. She felt alone, as if someone had ripped half of her heart, as if someone had ripped half of her being. Her breath smelled of death. She had lost half her force.
She was dead, simply dead. She would have preferred to be a flint.
Why should she live without him, why Sami came, to destroy everything. Why had she not allowed to love freely. Why a planet so small has so many different mindsets ... Is that love can distinguish the differences, the love it could not make blind people truly blind? The love is simply not powerful enough ...
Him Only him has touched her heart, he will be the only, the ultimate to having touched her...
She did not want to feel this pain, She does bear more simply.
She rose unsteadily but She succeeded to get to the bathroom. She scarcely dared to look at himself in the mirror, she suspected the head, she had.
She opened a drawer and took in her hand, the remedy for her pain.
She screamed, She felt a burning in her thigh, and of her wrists.
She watched her grief flowed of her veins, red liquid, and her mind delirious.
She felt herself go.
She fell on the floor, her fall seemed long. She did not feel just landed on the ground. The feeling that she felt, was that of her head, banging against the floor.
Just one name came to her spirit.
Chung.
And suddenly everything went black ... She no longer felt the pain of her heart ... She no longer felt nothing at all ...
